This one year old is so sweet and spunky.
This little guy is a fighter and he is thriving. This little man is his Mama's joy and his Dad's pride.
This amazing one year old is Logan!
I remember talking to Blythe at her baby shower in February of 2016 about her upcoming maternity photos. We had the date set and everything planned... Well God had other plans and we never got to take maternity photos because mister Logan was born a preemie at 33 weeks 6 days. After his 20 day stay in the NICU/pediatric unit, and after he was home and everyone was settled I had the pleasure of capturing some sweet moments for his in-home newborn session. Here are some highlights:
Before long it was already fall here in Western PA, so it was time to capture Logan as a sixth month old.
And of course get a nice family shot for Christmas cards!
Here are a few favorites of mine, from that session in Fall on 2016.
Do you see that sky! When I looked up and saw all of those planes... It was one of those moments, that as a photographer, I was so thankful to be able to capture. I promise you I didn't "photo shop" them in. Right place, right time. And this will always be a favorite of mine!
So here we are...It's May 2017. Logan has now completed his first trip around the sun. He is an amazing one year old, that gives and gets so much love. I couldn't be happier for this little family.
Please meet Logan...
He made me work for those smiles...but honestly it's worth every effort when you get one!
Logan loves to look at the very first photo taken of him in the hospital...just look at how far he has come!
Next year Logan will be the ambassador baby for the March of Dimes walk for Washington County, PA There are so many babies that need the help and support of the March of Dimes. If you have the means please consider donating to the March of Dimes and team "Logan's Minions" here.
"I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always. As long as I'm living, my baby you'll be." -Robert Munsch
We found an adorable painted rock while at our photo session.
Check out the facebook page Pittsburgh Rocks to learn how to hide or find a rock of your own!
I am so grateful to have been able to capture Logan's first year and some major milestones. I know this little guy is going to move mountains! Thank you Blythe and Bryce...you guys are so blessed!
All my best,
